Typical considerations​

  • POS terminal placement relative to customer flow and queueing.

  • Network cabling / Wi-Fi access point placement for reliable coverage.

  • Camera placement for traffic counting (see Camera Positioning).

  • Space for receipt printers, scanners and payment terminals at each till.

Store layout plans are typically reviewed jointly with the client during the Site Survey.
