These terms outline the general basis on which Integrated Retail supplies products and services to customers. Specific commercial terms (pricing, payment schedule, deliverables) are set out in the applicable quotation or order form.

General terms​

  • Quotations are valid for the period stated therein.
  • Payment terms are as specified on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Title to software/hardware passes only upon full payment, where applicable.
  • Either party's liability is subject to the limitations set out in the signed agreement.
