Pilot Agreement

Pilot / proof-of-concept engagements are typically governed by a lightweight agreement covering:

  • Scope — what is being tested, and for how long.
  • Success criteria — how the pilot will be evaluated.
  • Data handling — how any data used during the pilot is treated.
  • Commercial terms — whether the pilot is paid, and what happens at the end of the pilot period (convert to full contract, extend, or end).
